A single individual can earn up to nearly $66,000.00 and file a chapter 7 to get rid of their debt.
A family of four with two income earners making a combined $118,000.00 can file a chapter 7 as well.

If you family exceeds 4 members, then add $8,400.00 to the annual median income for 4 people for each additional family member.
