Who am I?

My name is Joseph K. Githuku, Esq. I represent both individuals and businesses in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation matters in Maryland. I have worked with debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. 

In addition, I handle divorce and personal injury cases including car accidents and slip and falls throughout Maryland.

I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law. During and after graduation, I worked for a boutique bankruptcy and litigation firm before starting my own law office.  I am a big proponent of giving back and I regularly volunteer with local pro bono and nonprofit organizations.
